When you create a Lynkinbio account, we collect your phone number, business name, and store information. When customers place orders, we collect their name, phone number, and order details.
We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments through Mobile Money, communicate with you about your account and orders, and ensure platform security.
Payment processing is handled through Hubtel. We do not store your Mobile Money PIN or full payment credentials. Transaction records are kept for accounting and dispute resolution.
We share your information only with payment processors (Hubtel) to process transactions, customers who place orders through your store, and law enforcement when required by law.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure authentication, and regular security audits to protect your data.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data. You can do this through your dashboard settings or by contacting our support team.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
